Renewal Cares
The strength of Renewal by Andersen is our people: from the top to the bottom, our employees have a passion for the business, care deeply for the organization, and are empowered to make a difference—not just at work, but in their communities, as well. It isn’t just a single cause or a one-time donation here or there—Renewal by Andersen locations are truly adopting and investing in their communities, all year long, all across the country.

Renewal Gives Back

  • Diamond Award for Community Leadership

Every year, at the Renewal by Andersen Retailer Summit Diamond Awards, the company names one location or group from the entire retail network across the country that embodies that spirit of making a difference. This year’s award went to Renewal by Andersen of Western New York, led by owner and general manager Patricia Salamone.

  • DeAndre Curry Finds An Enthusiastic Employer in RbA

When RbA Human Resources managers received DeAndre Curry’s resume, they were interested right away because Curry had previous experience working in shipping and warehouses. They knew they just had to hire him but first they had to make sure the necessary resources were in place to properly communicate with Curry.

  • Marking Global Volunteer Month
Every month, we share inspiring stories of our Renewal locations giving back to their communities. For April, in recognition of Global Volunteer Month, we want to highlight individuals from across the network who are volunteering their own time to causes that are important to them.

  • Pittsburgh Hosts Food Drive

After seeing the devastating impact COVID-19 was having on the greater Pittsburgh community, team leaders at the RbA locations in Canonsburg and Monroeville helped those in need by coordinating a drive for the Pittsburgh Community Food Bank

  • Howell Nature CenterThe popular education center teaches to be faithful caretakers of one another in the world around us and to have conservation and stewardship of our environment. But at 30 years old, the building had been showing its age and the windows were mostly unusable — the team at RbA of Detroit heard about the need and stepped in.
