Through our Renewal Cares initiative, we’re proud to give back to the communities where we live, work, and raise our families. In partnership with our retail network, we’ve teamed up with more than 100 local charities across the U.S., providing replacement windows and doors to individuals, families, and organizations in need.
We’re especially proud to support the American Cancer Society (ACS) in their fight to improve the lives of those impacted by cancer and working to advance critical cancer research. Since launching our United Against Cancer campaign in 2018, we’ve contributed nearly 4.5 million in support of advocacy, research, and patient care. We’ve also replaced windows in multiple ACS Hope Lodges, which provide free lodging for patients and their families undergoing treatment.
Every window and door projects and every dollar raised is part of a larger story of transformation. We’re honored to contribute, believing that even small actions can create meaningful change.

The owners of RbA of Greater Maine realized something was going on in the life of one of their newer installers. Something difficult. Since colleagues in the office are considered family, the only thing they could do was to step up to help.

In 2018, the Renewal by Andersen network was galvanized by a cancer diagnosis for one of our most beloved long-term leaders. In a show of support, the network partnered with The American Cancer Society (ACS) for our first Wear Pink; Save Lives campaign--a successful October event that was repeated (and built upon) in 2019. For 2020, we are pleased to announce that our partnership with the ACS will be year-round, and that we are, once again, helping the American Cancer Society in their fight to attack cancer from every angle.

The Renewal by Andersen network is fully committed to the fight against cancer. So much so, that we fundraise for research efforts year-round -- and it's evident when you see how much we've raised as a result!

The fight against cancer isn't just numbers and statistics…it's about real people and their stories…and sometimes the fight comes closer to home. Jada is battling Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of cancer. When Jada’s dad Jose and her uncle Rick's coworkers heard of Jada's struggle, they sprang into action.
