2013 Wrap-Up: Renewal by Andersen in Review
In 2013, Renewal by Andersen and our retailers experienced a wonderful year. Stay with us as we relive some of our top moments of 2013, from awarding sweepstakes winners to astounding community service and a brand new website.
We continued our quarterly Renewal Your Home Sweepstakes in 2013, awarding four sweepstakes participants with the $10,000 grand prize to have replacement windows and doors installed by Renewal by Andersen installers. Visit our website for our 2014 sweepstakes!
The Knoxville location celebrated its 5 year anniversary in 2013 by giving back to someone in its community. In 2002, Knoxville resident Marilyn Sobota was left legally blind from a head-on car crash. Sobota, now 70, was unable to keep up with home repairs and by 2013 was faced with the threat of losing her home insurance. Thankfully, her long-time friends saw a way to help and contacted Rebuilding Together, a national organization that repairs homes of elderly, disabled, and low-income persons. When Rebuilding Together sent nearly 20 volunteers to conduct interior and exterior repairs, Renewal by Andersen of Knoxville surprised event organizers by donating and installing all new windows for the project.
Last but by no means least, in November of 2013 Renewal by Andersen celebrated the launch of a new website. Our new website provides a fresh look while offering the same quality of products and information as before, as well as a few new features like the product map. This feature allows you to see completed projects near you by just entering your zip code. You can also read reviews from people who have used Renewal by Andersen installation services in your neighborhood.
2013 was a good year for Renewal by Andersen and we can’t wait to see what 2014 will bring!
